How do I get started with Orvelle?
Fill out the inquiry form on our homepage or email hello@orvelle.co. We'll follow up via DM or email with a custom ROI breakdown for your spa. No calls required at any point.
How long does setup take?
48 hours from the time your setup fee is paid and we have access to your booking system. You'll review and approve all messages before anything goes live.
I'm an existing client and something isn't working.
Email hello@orvelle.co with a description of the issue. Concierge clients receive same-day responses. Essential and Growth clients receive responses within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Just email hello@orvelle.co and we'll cancel before your next billing date. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
