Client Data
If you become an Orvelle client, we will access your spa's client contact data (names, phone numbers, appointment history) solely for the purpose of building and operating your automated SMS sequences within GoHighLevel.
We treat all client data as strictly confidential. We do not use it for any purpose other than delivering the services you have engaged us for. We do not share it with any third party other than GoHighLevel and Twilio, as required to send messages on your behalf.
You remain the data controller of your clients' information. Orvelle acts as a data processor on your behalf.

Our website may use basic cookies for analytics purposes to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use our site.
