Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of orvelle.co and any services provided by Orvelle. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Orvelle provides AI-powered client retention automation services for med spas and aesthetic clinics, including:
- No-show recovery SMS sequences
- Dormant client reactivation campaigns
- Missed call text-back automation
- Review and referral automation (add-on)
All services are delivered through a GoHighLevel sub-account managed by Orvelle on your behalf. You will review and approve all message templates before anything goes live.
Fees & Billing
Setup Fee: A one-time fee of $997 is required before work begins. This covers the complete build, integration, testing, and launch of your automation system, delivered within 48 hours of payment. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly Retainer: A base retainer of $597/month applies from the date your system goes live. Add-ons are billed at the rates listed on our pricing page ($200/mo for Review + Referral, $200/mo for Dormant Revival, $150/mo for Missed Call Capture).
Billing: Monthly retainers are billed automatically via Stripe on the same date each month. You will receive a receipt by email.
SMS Costs: Twilio SMS sending costs (~$10–15/month per client) may be included in your retainer or billed separately, as agreed at onboarding.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by emailing hello@orvelle.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date.
There are no cancellation fees. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or discuss a partial refund at our discretion.
Your Responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your spa and client base
- Grant Orvelle the necessary access to connect your booking system and phone number
- Review and approve all message templates before they go live
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your booking system or contact details
- Ensure you have appropriate consent from clients to receive automated SMS messages
SMS Compliance
Automated SMS messaging is subject to regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your spa has obtained appropriate prior express written consent from clients who will receive automated messages sent on your behalf.
Orvelle will provide best-practice guidance on consent language and opt-out handling. However, Orvelle is not a legal compliance firm and cannot guarantee that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified attorney for compliance advice.
All Orvelle message templates include opt-out language ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe") as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All message templates, automation frameworks, workflow structures, and proprietary systems created by Orvelle remain the intellectual property of Orvelle.
Upon cancellation, you retain full ownership of your client contact data within your GoHighLevel sub-account. Orvelle's proprietary workflows and templates will be removed from your sub-account upon termination.
Limitation of Liability
Orvelle's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the total monthly fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Orvelle does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on your spa's data quality, client base, booking system, and other factors. The revenue estimates shown on our website are illustrative only.
Orvelle is not liable for downtime, outages, or changes to third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Twilio, Stripe) that affect service delivery. We will communicate proactively if platform issues affect your automations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
