Getting Started
How does Orvelle actually work?

We build automated SMS sequences inside GoHighLevel — a platform that connects to your booking system. When a client no-shows, misses a call, or goes 90 days without returning, the system automatically sends a personalized text message on your behalf. You approve every message before anything goes live. After that, it runs 24/7 with no staff involvement.
How long does setup take?

48 hours from the time your setup fee is paid and we have access to your booking system. We'll send you a short form to gather what we need, build everything, and send you the message templates for review. You approve, we go live. Simple.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?

Not at all. You never touch GoHighLevel. We handle everything on the backend. Your only job is to review and approve the messages we write — which takes about 10 minutes. After that, the system runs completely in the background.
What booking systems do you work with?

We work with most major med spa booking platforms including Vagaro, Jane App, Acuity, Mindbody, Boulevard, and GHL's own calendar. If you use something else, just ask — GoHighLevel has a wide range of integrations and we can usually find a solution via Zapier.
Will the messages look like they came from my spa?

Yes. Every message is written with your spa's name, your provider's name, and your brand voice. They arrive from a dedicated phone number registered to your spa. Clients have no idea the messages are automated — they feel like personal texts from your team.
Pricing & Billing
What exactly does the $997 setup fee cover?

Everything to get you live in 48 hours: building your GoHighLevel sub-account, connecting your booking system, importing your client list, writing all your message templates, testing every automation, and walking you through approval. It's a one-time fee — you're never charged it again.
What does the $597/month base retainer include?
+
The base retainer covers your no-show recovery automation (the core service), ongoing monitoring to make sure everything is firing correctly, your monthly performance report sent via DM or email, and support. GoHighLevel and Twilio are managed on your behalf — you never log into anything.
What are the add-ons and do I need them?
+
Add-ons are completely optional and can be added at any time after month one:

• Review + Referral Engine — $200/mo (turns happy clients into Google reviews and referrals)
• Dormant Client Revival — $200/mo (wins back clients who haven't visited in 90+ days)
• Missed Call Capture — $150/mo (instant text-back when a lead calls and no one answers)

Most clients start with just the base and add from there once they see results.
Are there any other fees I should know about?

SMS sending costs run approximately $10–15/month per client (via Twilio) and are either absorbed in your retainer or billed separately — we'll clarify this at onboarding. There are no hidden fees, no setup markup, and no annual contract fees. The only costs are your setup fee, monthly retainer, and SMS credits.
Results & Performance
How quickly will I see results?

Most clients see recovered no-shows within the first week. The system fires within 5 minutes of a missed appointment — so results are visible almost immediately. Your first monthly report will show exactly how many messages were sent, how many no-shows were recovered, and the estimated revenue recaptured.
What if it doesn't work for my spa?

If you don't see any recovered bookings in your first 30 days, email us and we'll dig into why — it's usually a data issue or integration tweak. We stand behind our results and will work with you to fix it. If we genuinely can't get it working, we'll discuss a partial refund at our discretion. See our Terms of Service for details.
What's a realistic no-show recovery rate?

Industry data shows 55–65% of no-shows rebook when contacted warmly within 5 minutes. Our sequences are designed specifically to maximize this — leading with care rather than guilt, and including a direct booking link to remove friction. Results vary based on your client base, but the 5-minute response window is the single biggest factor.
Can I see how the system is performing?

Yes. All clients receive a monthly performance report sent via DM or email. It covers messages sent, no-shows recovered, reviews generated (if applicable), and estimated revenue recaptured that month. Concierge clients receive this report every two weeks instead of monthly, along with a written summary of any optimizations made.
Technical & Compliance
Is automated SMS legal for my spa to use?

Automated SMS is legal and widely used by healthcare and wellness businesses. The key requirement is that clients have given prior consent to receive texts — which most spas already collect as part of their intake forms. All Orvelle messages include an opt-out option ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe") as required by law. We recommend confirming your intake process captures consent language. For specific legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.
Is my clients' data safe?

Yes. Your client data is stored inside your dedicated GoHighLevel sub-account, which is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure. We only access it to build and operate your automations — we never share it with third parties, and we never use it for anything other than sending your approved messages. What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your client contact data remains yours — always. Upon cancellation, we'll export your contact list and send it to you before closing your sub-account. Our proprietary automation workflows are removed, but your data is yours to take wherever you go.
Do clients know the messages are automated?

The messages are written to feel personal and conversational — most clients assume they're from a real person on your team. That's intentional. The goal is for the experience to feel warm and human, not like a mass marketing blast. If a client replies, you can optionally set up a real human to take over the conversation, or we can build an AI response layer.
Cancellation & Support
How do I cancel?

Email hello@orvelle.co anytime. We'll cancel your subscription before your next billing date. No cancellation fees, no long forms, no questions asked. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun, but there are no penalties for leaving.
Is there a long-term contract?

No. We operate month-to-month. We don't believe in locking clients into contracts — we'd rather earn your business every month by delivering results. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
How do I get support if something breaks?

Email hello@orvelle.co with a description of the issue. Concierge clients receive same-day responses Monday–Friday. Essential and Growth clients receive responses within 48 business hours. Most issues are quick fixes — a trigger condition, a phone number update, or a booking system reconnection.
